Hair Extensions Review

I purchased the Bellami Magnifica hair extensions in the color chocolate brown. I had to dye my hair to match the extensions, if you do not want to do that I would recommend buying a color lighter than your hair color and having it died darker to match your natural hair color. You can color extensions, but you cannot bleach them (lighten). On top of having my hair dyed to match the extensions, I had my hair stylist cut layers and shorten the extensions. They were even longer than the picture…to my butt. The hair was extremely high quality, thick, and shiny. I purchased 240 grams of hair because I have shoulder length hair and wanted thickness all the way through to help blend in my natural hair length. All Bellami extensions are known for thickness throughout the extensions, but I wanted a dramatic length which is why I opted for the Magnifica. The extensions stayed in well, I kept them in for 12 hours, they didn´t budge all night long! I would 100% recommend these or any Bellami extensions to anyone. I would totally buy another pair in a heartbeat.

Self-Tanner Review

Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun Moisturizing Lotion- Light Bronze (6 oz) - image 1 of 3

Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun (Light Bronze) $12

This self-tanner is not only extremely inexpensive, but also applies beautifully and is not orange, which was one of my fears since I am so pale. They carry different shades, but I used Light Bronze. Though this self-tanner is beautiful, it does not dry fast and it fades within a few days of applying. The pictures you see above was 2-3 days after applying the self-tanner. I felt sticky for about 1 1/2 hours after applying the self-tanner, which isn´t bad but you wouldn´t want to go sit on a white couch right after. I showered the next morning ( I applied at night).  If you are looking for a long lasting self-tanner I would recommend the Tan Towels or a St. Tropez Mouse.  I would use the Jergens self-tanner again.

Tips: Use a Tanning mit when applying for a streak-free application. I used the St. Tropez tanning mitt ($6.50). Also, before application apply a little lotion to hands, ankles, knees, and elbows. This will prevent a build up of a self-tanner on these rougher and more textured spots.
